This new edition of the Blueprint, published in May 2005, is intended to help guide the development of Next Chapter projects. It identifies the core and optional elements of Next Chapter projects and provides practical ideas for planning and developing them.

The Supplement provides brief descriptions of Next Chapter projects currently underway around the country.
