Rainbow Intergenerational Child Care Center: Subject of My Heart

Here is a story of Cuban-born refugees – all older women – who have a lot to teach us about work in later life and our outdated notions of aging in this country. They are teachers at the Rainbow Intergenerational Child Care Center, established some 14 years ago to help working poor families in Miami's Little Havana.
